Cancelling Your Order (Distance Selling Rights)

If you buy a product directly from Shergold Guitars / Barnes & Mullins Ltd online, you have the legal right to change your mind and cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods — for any reason.

To cancel:

• Contact us by email at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Include your full name, order number, and confirmation of purchase.

Returning the product:

• You must send the product back to us within 14 days of telling us you want to cancel.

You are responsible for:

• Paying the return shipping costs;
• Packaging the product securely to avoid damage during transit.

Refunds:

• We will refund the price you paid for the goods.
• Refunds will be made within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.
• Refunds will be made using your original payment method.

Important notes:

• We cannot accept returns for products that have been personalised or custom-built for you.
• If you bought your Shergold Guitar from a third-party retailer (not directly from us), you must arrange any cancellation or return with them under their own returns policy.
