Shergold Guitars is proud to introduce the Telstar Bass, the latest addition to its acclaimed Telstar Series. Building on the success of the award-winning Telstar 6-string electric guitars, this new bass model seamlessly blends Shergold’s rich bass guitar heritage with the contemporary appeal of the Telstar Series.

Featuring a solid poplar body fitted with two FilterSonic bass pickups, the Telstar Bass combines a Canadian roasted maple neck with a laurel fingerboard and features an addictively playable 30” short-scale length.

In line with all Shergold Guitars, the Telstar Bass is designed in the UK by acclaimed luthier Patrick James Eggle and features a sleek design that defies expectations, packing a powerful punch that belies its charming, diminutive appearance. Initial launch models are available in two unique gloss finishes – Champagne Gold and Black. 

At the heart of the Telstar Bass are two FilterSonic bass humbucker pickups, which deliver a warm, rounded low-end tone. With independent volume controls for the neck and bridge pickups and a master tone control, players can enjoy excellent tone-shaping flexibility.
